Assembly & Mounting Process Technology Exhibition is an exhibition featuring companies aiming to reduce labor requirements in post-process operations within assembly processes.
Automation in manufacturing is expanding beyond SMT processes to flow soldering, dispensing, and assembly processes. By introducing automation, manufacturers can reduce human error and improve traceability in inspection results.
In particular, labor shortages caused by an aging workforce have become a serious management issue in post-process operations. At a time when product quality assurance is increasingly important from mounting through assembly processes, the exhibition presents key equipment for labor-saving initiatives in an easy-to-understand format organized by process.
At the Nihon Plasmatreat booth, visitors can watch live demonstrations of plasma irradiation using an atmospheric-pressure plasma system.

In addition to our own booth, we will also be exhibiting in the UV Processing Zone at the Kumamoto show. In the UV Processing Zone, we plan to present a collaborative system together with Alpha Design Co., Ltd.
