Introducing the REDOX®-Tool - Advancing Semiconductor Manufacturing
In August 2024, Nihon Plasmatreat introduced the REDOX®-Tool, a new inline reduction system. Based on Openair-Plasma®, Plasmatreat’s atmospheric-pressure plasma technology, the system enables innovative oxide removal processes for electronics and semiconductor manufacturing.
The REDOX®-Tool provides a flux-free and chemical-free process, particularly for semiconductor and power module manufacturing. By supporting the growing miniaturization and higher density of electronic products, it helps improve product quality while also contributing to lower manufacturing costs.

Remote testing is also available, making it possible for companies in remote locations to evaluate this new technology.
